questions about layers and hax

can a character say for instance is 6d can they hit or even use there 6d hax to hit the opponent which 7d or is the 7d character invulnerable to everything the 6d character
another question is I kinda relates to the previous. the question is if a character is 1a and said character is 5 layers into 1a can they affect a 1a who is 6 layers in to the tier

Normally an ontologically 7d character would not be affected by any 6d character both due to range and due to its nature of existence. If the two somehow still exist on the same plane of existence despite such difference, 7d character might still get affected if it displayed no resistances.

For example a 7d/1-C character that exists on a 3d plane would be affected by the hax of the 6d/Low 1-C character that also exists on a 3d plane if displayed no resistances

Layers get a bit different from 1-A onwards where it might both mean they have 6 layer scaling to baseline (by being above 6 others who are also above one another) in terms of just regular strength, in this case they might still get affected if no resistances displayed I believe, but if the layers in question display qualitative superiority, the 6-layer-1-A might be out of range and potency of the 5-layer one, basically it is case by case
