Quick Judge Equipment thing

Ok. Simple as this. Since The Judge would logically has very easy access to evidence. And even potentially on him should it be during a case and typically kept in the court records. Since attorneys can't Take back evidence. It's left there.

Can The judge get the evidence for Equipment? Be it put as standard or optional
