quick question on guildmaster wigglytuff and kecleon

shouldn't wigglytuff and kecleon be low 2-c for being able to harm the protagonists, who scale directly to grovyle and dusknoir?


i don't think kecleon fights should be treated as canon since they're kind of a "what if" situation, but wigglytuff fights the protagonists (with the other guild members) directly after the main story finishes.

Pretty sure it was only an act, as they were holding back when they were fighting the protagonists just for the sake of the exam. Also, it would be an outlier, same reason as to nobody scaling to Dark Matter (Pokémon).
