What mind hax does Leo have and how likely is he to use it? I know very little about Jojo's bizarre adventure.

He can implant spores into them and essentially rewire their brain (When Dio dies and theyre implanted, the spores, now buds, will essentially fuse with them and make them undying, mindless, goo dudes).
He's also like, a vampire and can inject his essence into others and make them a zombie or vampire, both of which are loyal to him.
He has 3 types of hax that alter the mind someway or another, they all work on completely different mechanics so even just having mind hax res doesn't inherently save you, because ok you resist biological mindhax? But do you res supernatural? You res supernatural? What about diseases? Etc. It's like resisting Poison Ivy's mindhax might not make you immune to Mewtwo's and vice versa type of deal.
Also idk shit about these dudes, pretty sure this is just FCOC stuff so I don't particularly care, but The World also has fear aura that can paralyze those with supwill or cause them to flee, and Dio being, well a vampire can drain someone's very life force (he then adds it to his own, this is actually the mechanics of how his stat amp works).
Both Flesh Buds and Zombification require him to be able to harm his opponent, so it really just comes down to his typical Hypnosis.
Dio has some degree of fusionism actually, don't forget he can just kinda like, slip his fingers through flesh and fuse with it, even directly connecting to their cardiovascular system.
Not to the degree of someone like Wham who can straight up fuse with other entities' flesh but, ya know, it's minor but it is there.

He just barely uses some of his Vampiric Powers in Part 3 cause TW trumps them all. Why freeze when his Stand can just one shot?
Dio had to touch him to do it? Dio never managed to touch Jotaro himself and was
actively trying not to approach him cause Plat would just rip him apart.
And the single time he tried to, was
when Jotaro's finger twitched in his Time Stop and Dio dipped.
Not to mention that he did in fact wish to drink Jotaro's blood to power himself further, why use a technique that takes that option away?
This is Awakened Dio, he
utterly surpassed his Part 1 counterpart.
Dio consistently goes in for quick kills, he'll only yap when he KNOWS he can afford to.
They even flatout state that Dio's actual first go-to was to
kill the Stardust Crusaders all right away.
Hey it's me
Based on Dio's weakness page, he's extremely arrogant in this key and weak to light based attacks. There's also the fact Alex and Leo would work more as a team in this scenario and Alex would very much seal away Dio when given the opportunity or Lei erasing him from existence if deemed to much of a threat.
That's funny because we just got a magazine actually going "no he's actually super hyper cautious and analytical". He literally fuced around for less than 15 seconds with his new power and then went in for the kill, against a dude all things considered, knew could only act for a split second now and couldnt kill him in that timeframe.
