Ragnarök-RP Thread

Jotaro fired Ea's beam, (whether it dura negs the Calamity into hell or not depends on its resistances) hitting the Calamity and consuming Archaon in its blast, Ea finished firing as Archaon and Durghur seemed damaged, but nothing their regeneration couldn't take care of.

Archaon got off Dorghur, and with a single step caused a large swath of the city to be leveled, buildings collapsing as an Elemental assault began to cover the entire Calamity in hundreds of attacks

"Of course I'm utilized right when something goes awry," Towa said with a sigh, "No matter, we'll end this quickly."

She created a plethora of massive hands, constructed by her magic that all fired balls of magic that were a blend of the colors black, purple, and blood red. Towa merely sat on her staff, hovering above the ground and crossing her legs.
 
...It couldn't fight like this. Pinned to a cross, restrained by enormous screws. The locusts that were previously about to swarm the dreamers began to surround the calamity in its entirety. They feasted upon its flesh in nanoseconds, consuming it as they soon began to consume themselves, until only of the locusts were left. They moved so fast, that none of the attacks could hit them before the process was complete.

"Divine Punishment. The AEon of HORUS is upon us." ​

Stairs made of clouds formed, a being of primordial existence descending from the heavens, each of it's steps sending an earthquake rippling across the city. It stepped onto the ground... It roared with a malice that could only be matched by someone of Kill-Gaia or Archaon's caliber.

All of the previously launched attacks completely missed their mark. The transformation happened too fast for them to be able to hit the calamity's previous form. It coughed into its hand, grunting, seeming to be clearing it's throat... The fact that it could do something like that which such a carefree attitude meant that this thing was on an entirely different level, so much so that even the Majin felt it's presence clearer than ever.

And then, it spoke.

"Come." It motioned it's hand in a manner than was beckoning the dreamers to come to him.​

 
Not even Archaon's storm kept the light at bay, a light against the darkness it seemed, Jotaro had Ea and the Taken King's Law in hand, and was walking forward with an unreadable expression on his face

Jotaro was still pissed that Archaon survived his strongest attack so easily but it was clear Archaon wasn't the true target here.

Archaon held the Slayer of Kings in hand as his eyes burned so brightly one could almost mistake his eyes for actual fires

"The plot requires me to not slaughter all of you after this is done, so let us finish this beautiful creature and be done with it." Archaon said in a disinterested tone

Jotaro opened his mouth to say something but thought better of it as Star Platinum appeared at his side with a big smile on his face
 
The beast, noticing that nobody was walking towards it, began walking towards the group, standing in front of Archaon, easily towering over him as he looked down.

"Are you to be my opponent?"​

The being said, it's bones creaking and cracking with each step it took.
 

"Then that is all."​

The beast began floating in the air, crossing it's legs as more light lifted from the horizon. A beam of blue energy falling from the sky and crashing into Archaon's world, transforming a huge section of it into something entirely different. A... paradise.

It easily poked holes in Archaon's world, supplementing it with their own world.

"For it is an era where humanity will realize the truth, and reach paradise. Sing, cry, praise the new AEon with all your heart."​


As the beast sung it's prayers, Rory walked up to the group. "You may wanna try and stop it from doing that. Its trying to complete it's World Dream." The world the calamity created within Archaon's own world began to slowly spread.

"If the AEon of HORUS is completed, it'll be completely invincible to all forms of damage."
 
''Take it with someone with experiance if you want to make a paradise world put some technology as well not everyone likes green pasture, you should make it sunset the falling sun is quite pretty.'' Majin began to beratting the calamity on how to make a paradise dimension since he had plenty of experiance with Wonderland
 
Archaon was suddenly on Durghur once more, The Slayer of Kings so bright it could be mistaken for a sun as Archaon charged the Calamity with chaotic elements barraging it from all sides

Star Platinum joined the assault as Jotaro charged Ea once more

Ea fired its beam, a far larger one this time to completely consume the Calamity before anyone else even got to it
 
Towa looked as though she was thinking, still sitting on her staff. However, after the being spoke, she gave a smirk.

"Thank you for the information," Towa said with a smile. With that, she disappeared in a puff of black and crimson smoke. Was she retreating? What was happening? Whatever she was doing, it appeared as though she was out of the fight for the time being...
 
The calamity looked at all the incoming attacks, a psychotic grin being plastered across it's face as it began to speak...

"AEon of OSIRIS."​

Rory instantly recognized that technique. "STOP! DON'T ATTACK IT!" Suddenly, Jotaro's neck was cut more than half-way through, a large chunk of the Majin's body was vaporized, David felt more than half of the force of his own blow... Damage was reflected back at those who had thrown attacks at it.

"The AEon of OSIRIS... Era of self-sacrifice. Whatever you do to it is immediately reflected back at you." The damage the enemies of the calamity experienced represented the extent of what they could do to it. "We also have the AEon of Isis, the age of the Mother Goddess, where only woman can affect it... It's yet to be activated but it's troublesome that I have to deal with it later."

She was afraid of facing the beast without the backup of her comrades when it was activated, who were mostly men.
 
Jotaro was seemingly unphased by his wounds and Archaon stopped short, teleporting back and waiting

"Let us see how long you can keep up your whimsical little world as I destroy it!"

Archaon then drove the Slayer of Kings into the ground, the earth splitting and only magma replacing it, and a dark figure appeared right next to Archaon, with no possible light coming from it outside of its pure red eyes

A tone of pure malice came from the shadow "AEon of OSIRIS. An old god from a dead world, and yet his power has been called upon, let us see how long this "paradise" lasts before the World Dream comes crumbling down."
 
Nightmare simply ignored any damage, in fact the calamity could see a small smile on Nightmare's face.

Nightmare began to do the same as Archaon, although in itself it was to raise his power more with destruction, all the damage that he did deteriorate the world even the colors are being affected by Nightmare
 

"Do you weaklings fancy philosophy?"​

It spoke, its voice ringing like a sonic wave.

"You think you are gods, devils, heroes, in this world. You have forgotten your true selves. Out there, out there lay weak humans who know not their place."​

The world repaired itself, atom by atom, piece by piece, as fast as they could damage and corrupt it.

"A nightmare, A Devil, A Wrestler, A Knight, An Envoy of Chaos, and a few more that aren't present. In the totality that is dimensionality, you are nothing but a drop in the infinite ocean. For you may think yourself deities, you may dream forevermore, but you cannot escape reality."​

Hundreds of thousands, maybe more, different colored beams of light armed themselves from the sky. Some phased through physical matter to ignore durability, some split the very atoms that shaped something apart to ignore durability, some attacked the very soul, but the one thing they had in common was that they all exploded with the power of the Hiroshima nuclear warhead, and they all ignored durability.

"You cannot escape me."​

 
Archaon seemed unphased by this assault(as he resists everything attached to it, you need to AP him) before working his magics into the ground as the shadow disappeared

"And yet Destruction is all around us, it is perfect! Earth is perfect! But this Dream must be destroyed as well!
 
Davids 'danger sense' suddenly flared up at the sight of the incoming projectiles. Thinking fast, he immediately activates his forcefield. an invisible barrier surrounded his body, increases his durability immeasurably while also providing him a variety of different resistances. Additionally, his forcefield had a passive projectile reflection ability, causing many of the beams to simply bounce off of him and back at the creature. Using Danger sense, he is able to figure out which beams he can and cannot endure. using this ability, he reflects/resists what he can, while attempting to dodge the beams that would kill him.
