So, a friend of mine went through the game and he gave me this:

So, according to this thread, Armstrong was capable of erupting a Pakistanian magma chamber nearly instantly. This means that Armstrong, and in turn Raiden has a power value worth of 28.35 teratons, which via this wiki's calculations is the power worth of Country level of destruction.

And via this thread, Raiden's Ripper Mode multiplies his powers by 7, so 28.35 × 7 = 198.45 teratons, which is Large Country level, again through this wiki's calculations.

Now i think everyone knows what i am up to. I just don't care if you guys agree on it or not. I'm just listing my opinion.
