Raimiverse Spider-Man is really angry

After being provoked by Norman, who mentioned Mary Jane, Peter experiences a surge in power and easily defeats him.

It is noted that Peter regains his strength in a moment of rage and gains the upper hand over the Goblin. If you watch the rest of the scene, you can see that Peter’s physical strength, speed, and stamina have increased significantly compared to his pre-rage state.

That's why Spider-Man should have the Rage Power ability.

Disagree.
Note that for a character to qualify for this ability it should differ from what is possible for a typical human (i.e. not a normal reaction to adrenaline).
Although his stats have increased compared to his pre-rage state, his pre-rage state was combined with heavily injured state. "his strength returning" implies his stats returned to base, and being "full of adrenaline" further cements that the scene is portraying a recovery from exhaustion and injury rather than a distinct rage-induced amplification of his powers.
