Yeah since the downgrade the only way Ridely can even possibly win is if it's Omega Ridley vs Base Rayquaza, but pitting both at their strongest against each other Rayquaza wins.

Multi Continent vs Dwarf Star level. Unless Ridley can ignore durability (I don't know much about Ridley so he might, i don't know) he won't be able to injure Rayquaza.

Only works on biological organisms (and Chozo ghosts, for some reason), but it basically infects them, makes them go insane, takes over their mind, and destroys them from the inside out.

It varies depending on the amount and type of Phazon, but OR's so much faster, he's probably going to be able to inject Rayquaza with quite a bit.

Hmm...so this could turn into a "Who gets hit first" battle. Either Ridley hits Rayquaza with enough Phazon to take him down or Rayquaza oneshots Ridley. The only other way i can see Rayquaza winning is if he just keeps spamming Scary Face until Ridley is brought down to a more manageable speed, but Ridley can probably just end him before that happens because Rayquaza has literally no defensive moves.

True. Rayquaza is an absolute monster on offense, but that doesn't stop him from lacking the ability to tank hits.

The only move he has that could even be considered defensive is Rest, but taking a nap in the middle of a fight is prooobably not the best idea. Unless he has a Chesto Berry of course.

Actually he has Dragon Dance, all he has to do is use Dragon Dance and then proceed to dodge everything because Dragon Dance ups Attack and Speed. So Rayquaza Dragon Dances, dodges Ridley's Attack, and bodies Ridley.

That's going to be nearly impossible to do since Mega Rayquaza is Sub-Relativistic while Omega Ridley is MFTL+.

Well then.... So Omega Ridley has a Massive Speed Advantage. But if Rayquaza does hit, he will OHKO. So it's all about who hits who first.

Pretty much. Ridley's Phazon ignores durability but he needs to hit Rayquaza with a lot of it for the effects to be immediate, and one attack from Rayquaza is enough to take Ridley down.

Nope ridely takes this theirs not a ghost of a chance of ray tagging rideley the speed gap is to huge. It's the same thing with atomic samurai vs raiden one hit from the samurai can put raiden down but the speed gap was to huge for atomic samurai to land a bit ever. Ray doesn't have the reactions to precieve nor react to ridley literally gonna be ridley pumping phazon into him till he Croak's.

Rayquaza stomps It traveled from Earths surface to space in seconds in Pokemon omega ruby and Alpha sapphire without mega evolution and then Destroyed a meteor bigger than earth while mega evolved like it was nothing.
