There are several cases where we use the name first and then the last name after (judging from Namu wiki order)

I don't think it's really that deep, but to avoid refactoring dozens of character pages, I'd stick with the current first-name & last-name order

However, I think that from now on, it would be better—and safer—to follow the official English translation's naming convention (e.g., Seonghyeon Ji or Jinoh Ha).

As for characters whose profiles have already been created, I think it's fine to leave them as they are. There's no real need to request a name change, as long as the spelling matches the official English translation.
