This is the thread to post utterly pointless trivia that you will maybe use once in a conversation and be promptly ignored

For example

• If you punched with an energy of 1 J, then punched with an energy of 1/2 J, then punched with an energy of 1/3 J, then punched with an energy of 1/4 J, and etc for infinity, by the "end" of infinity you would have exerted an infinite amount of energy. On the other hand. if you punched with an energy of 1 J, then you punched with an energy of 1/2 J, then you punched with an energy of 1/4 J, then you punched with an energy of 1/8 J, then you punched with an energy of 1/16 J, and etc for infinity, by the "end" of infinity you would have exerted only 2 J. This is due to the nature of convergent/divergent series.

• The difference between the Planck length and a 0.1 millimeter dot is greater than the difference between a 0.1 millimeter dot and 600,000,000,000 lightyears

• An autological word is a word that describes itself. The English word "Neologism" used to be an autological word, but is now a heterological word.
