Really Xemnas lasers are Light Speed ?

They probably aren't, but they are considered FTL+ since they're scaled to Ventus, who was calculated to have such a feat. Due to being more powerful than him story wise (and appearing as a blur to the comparable Rik uand Sora), Xemna's beams are also considered to be FTL+.
