Pennywise High 7-A key isn't that impressive. His 1-A immortality isn't really applicable, and the fact Reinhard has a 1-A weapon makes this a stomp moreso.

There's nothing Pennywise can do that Reinhard doesn't resist. When he gets serious he pulls his meme spear or gladsheimr and kills both the avatar and the deadlights.
You could argue about Madness Type 3, but it seems that's not really mindhax and more about having the ability to perceive 1-A structures, which I think Reinhard has.

Type 3 madness can be blocked by being able to comprehend incomprehensible things. Which isn't rare in fiction.
