Kurome via Yatsufusa and Death Tagool. She has many puppets that would make his time a living hell.

Speed is Equalized and Rein's Shield can tank Kurome's Death Tagool

Hmm...Can Kurome fight effectively while all 8 summons are active? IIRC Yatsufusa takes a great toll on her already weak body. She was taking medicine or something to keep herself stable.

While it's true that the more puppets working, the weaker she gets, but all of those puppets can keep him occupied as Kurome cuts through his limbs.

I can understand the range and puppets, but experience? Wasn't Rein a Crusader? I mean he must have had at least like 30 years worth of experience since he was part of the original Overwatch strike team.

Yes, Rein has way more experience than Kurome

He'll still have a hard time fighting 8-9 enemies at once, especially when they can fly, snipe him from longer ranges, have unlimited stamina (Kurome herself even has higher stamina) and are unhindered by mortal wounds.

It needs to be added that Natala and Apeman are at least City Block level for 1) Apeman actually harming base Incursio Tatsumi 2) Natala is easily on par with Tatsumi or even higher while the Tatsumi was using Incursio
