I'd need to know, otherwise it's unrealistic to assume time stopped actually functioning if everything's fine and dandy on the world. Also if Strange was outside of the universe at the time he would naturally have been unaffected. That's why I'm asking for a lot of context.

A character with timehax fighting another character doesn't give the latter any resistances unless they specifically employ their hax to no effect.

I don't think reverse acausality would block abstract mindhax. Regular mindhax, sure. But not abstract level.

You're throwing around the word abstract as if it suddenly sweeps everything under the rug. Affecting an abstract being doesn't suddenly mean you can hax someone who operates on a different form of cause and effect entirely.

Even if it does work it would be a paradox that Time would override with a thought. It would have to hit him across time all at once, beggining to end.

Strange doesn't resist time manipulation.

He can't affect time with Time's causality reversed despite how much you want to downplay that. Destroying Time in the present would just create a time paradox that Time can un-do, go back, and freeze strange in place.

And that would just be bad for Strange, who time can properly perceive and timehax now.
