I found this in the Grey Knights Codex 8th Edition.

"Draigo's ascension to Supreme Grand Master had disturbed the path of fate, though none could foresee the consequences"

This should be resistance to precognition at the very least.

Being in the warp already messes with your causality, but stuff like that's still usually precogable by certain people. One or the other, I suppose.
