I agree with this downgrade, I always thought that creating a storm was High 7-C, a 7-B+ storm just felt off, plus this is consistent with Amber's previous feat of creating a thunderstorm.

You do know there are characters that are 6-C, 6-B,High 6-A, 5-C, and 5-B for creating storms right?

Yeah, but those are usually Gods or Aliens or beings of the sort. Maidens are literally just Human girls with Magic, even calling them Demigods is generous.
 
Being called a God doesn't make you stronger than normal humans. It's a case by case type of thing. It's like me fodder Shinigami in Bleach are stronger than Gear Fourth Luffy because they're called Shinigami ( God's of Death. )
 
^^^ I'm not saying that Gods are always stronger than Humans; Saitama, Karate Kid, and Izayoi Sakamaki are great examples that the opposite is true. What I mean is that Gods with Magic and OP Aliens are usually better at controlling the weather than simple human magic users like Maidens

(P.S: Storm is an Omega Level Mutant and was worshipped as a Goddess in Africa)
 
So apparently an omega level mutant is better then Magic gifted to four woman that had been created by the two gods before Remnant began.

The most powerful level of evolved human created by The Celestials themselves >>> four women who were given Magic by an old wizard dude

Also, the Two Brothers did not empower the Maidens, it was Ozpin/The Wizard who empowered the Maidens

Wrong yet again, yes, the magic was given to them by Ozoin, but it was the gods who created magic.

Also, Celestials creating then was retconned to just genetic mutations. So even with the idiotic logic that Gods should be higher because they're gods in mind, you're still wrong.
 
Well then


at least we don't need to worry about Ozpin having an undeserved + in his 7-A form.

The only way for that is them showing to be 8B or around that, thus making the storm feats outliers with the creators obviously not knowing that making a storm scales to AP
 
Because personally I dont think storm calcs should correlate to AP there are very few verses where that is the case.

It creates a large disparity in their tiers and what is actually shown.
