Technically it would be Mario, Luigi, Bowser, and Peach as they are 2-B. But considering Ness got an incon verdict against Bowser, he should be around there. There's also Sonic, who's 2-C.

I was referring to the fact that Super Sonic is 2-C. All of that stuff is in Mario's profile and the others too.
