Rimuru Tempest vs MetalPhantomon

Yes for the first 2. As for Power Null, MetalPhantomon's in particular is 10-D via the X-Antibody. Ootherwise for other Digimon, no.
 
Alright, gonna vote for Rimuru then. He resists sleep manipulation, precog and info analysis gives him knowledge on all the things MPM would do, and he lacks the range to reach Rimuru's true body.

Rimuru's offensive passives may not work, sans an upcoming radiation manipulation passive, but his defensive passives would wall him out.
 
Grave Scream is passive btw. And that will simply steal your soul directly.
 
Isnt MPM made of well...metal (on top of being inorganic due to being a digital monster)? Why would radiation affect a non-organic?
 
I'm unsure if he even appeared in an anime adaptation or played a role in a manga or game more than just being an encounterable monster.

Then again I'm a total newb at Digimon so...
 
Anime version is where the sleep portion come from, however that MetalPhantomon strove to torture the humans alone and not the Digimon. He directly chose to target something else as he notably worked for someone.

In D-Cyber, he flat out ripped out Dorumon's Digicore. (Same story where we had soul haxing a soulless being)

Of course most Digimon have resistance to mental and spiritual abilities. Some being able to resist even his.

Then of course we have the official observations from scientist who note on average he just keeps Grave Scream active and reaps souls just by flying by.

The dude rarely appears at all
 
Multiple kilometers as his Grave Scream was able to harm those across an entire city.

He targeted the main characters who wandered into his territory...
 
But did they show where he was relative to them? Like, him in the middle of the city, and they get affected as soon as they enter the place?
 
No, the image of the city was literally all they showed for location as the characters were tied up by his servants.
 
At the very least, below that area as that is what's stated in the episode. Which would still be kilometers away.
