RoboCop vs Not Important

RoboCop is somehow sent back in time, finding himself in 2015 New York City. There is a maniac running around killing people. Despite being in a different time period and setting, Murphy decides to act in his duty as a police officer and stop the terrorist.

RoboCop vs Not Important. Battle takes place in Central Park (why not? It's considered the standard location without any other specifications, plus, the battle should already be set in New York). Speed equalized. Starting distance 10 meters. RoboCop has all of his standard equipment, including his jetpack. Not Important has all of his 9-B equipment, one grenade, and a single rocket launcher missile (it's not exactly fair in my opinion if he gets the full deck of 9-A equipment seeing how Murphy only has 9-B durability). Battle to the death.

Grenades can be an issue for Robocop but I think he can use Homing attack to counter it. How skilled are both?

RC has more (confirmed) battle experience due to being a police officer and having three movies to his name, whereas Not Important just has one game that takes place over the course of a single night. Not Important is implied to have had experience in the past however, given his usage of many different weapons, which strongly suggests a military background. RoboCop is certainly the better marksman, being able to shoot bullets out of midair. Not Important is no slouch though, being able to outskill and outgun entire police stations and an army base all on his own. RC should have the better marksmanship and more confirmed experience, though Not Important has the better equipment and feats.

Ok so No Important would prob win in a close range confrontation, but RC's Immortality + Invulnerability is gonna make him very hard to take down. RC should also be able to outlast him in a fight:

Superhuman (Can continue fighting so long as his power pack has charge, can fight for a maximum of up to 24 hours on a full charge), Unknown with a recharging station

Btw, what's the starting distance? Cuz the default 4km ones is kinda unfair

So Robocop upcales from 5,020,800 Joules while NT is 516,644 Joules afaik which is over the one-shot gap. RC is also Completely bulletproof so NT guns aren't gonna work. Robocop can also use his precise aiming to take out NT's grenade and rocket launcher before he can use them. I'm not seeing what NT can do here.

Robocop probably isn't as skilled, but 10x AP advantage and guns that work means that Robocop is just going to shoot the 9-A weapons or just headshot him.

Robocop is more than 10x stronger than he is, which would mean he can kill him with any attack necessary. And speed doesn't seem to be equalized here, so Robocop could literally blitz him before he could get the chance to use the rocket launcher

Not Important can one-shot RoboCop with a grenade or rocket. RC could deflect the grenade with his guns, but that won't work for the rocket. NI could win that way. I meant to equalize speed, but I forgot. I will fix it now. I also intended for the two to start 10 meters apart. I will fix that. I am assuming that this wouldn't really effect the winner since both rely on guns that should function just as well either up close or from a distance. Both RC and NI have win conditions here.

I am counting Lloyd, Koopa, DaReaperMan, and Mr. Propeller Hat for RC.

How would RC "throw the RPG back at him"? You mean the rocket NI would fire from it? I'm not sure RC can deflect rockets.

As in grab that ***** by the not tip and return to sender that *****.

You have to remember, while the entire rocket is an explosive, the tip is the trigger, and it wouldn't be the first time Robocop decided to throw something like a rocket right back at someone.

This is of course assuming Robocop doesn't like... headshot him.

I don't see how Not Important could win this since Robocop can just send NI's strongests attacks right back at them AND he has a 10x AP advantage on top of that.

He can just shoot the rocket and make it explode before it can reach him. Hell, if he shoots it right as it's leaving the barrel which he is more than capable of, NI will get blown up by his own rocket. RC also has his own missile launcher.
