Inconclusive, Ruphad can't kill Altair due to NEP2 and acausality 5, meanwhile Ruphas adapts to Altair's hax and passively out stats her.

I thought Altair's Logic Manipulation would have come into play here.

It will never land, this is SBA, so Ruphas is already a ridiculous amount of infinities above Altair, and even if this wasn't Eos Ruphas, she would still instantly get infinite^infinite above Altair in speed, strength etc.
Also Ruphas power work based off the belief that she is the strongest, thus she layers settings over settings to make herself so, and as a result the setting above makes whatever the setting below can do irrelevant, strength, speed, powers etc.

Ah yeah incon, Pegasus explained it basically. You could have a reality where fate is like >>> plot, concept, info, laws but their layer makes it so a setting is superior completely to a setting/reality below it including that fate, and all the powers. It's akin to characters having some amazing strange powers, while the author views it as irrelevant
