Saitama Upgrade to Tier 0+

As this video 100% proved, Saitama is the most downplayed fictional character ever is has power beyond even his other, ONE, or artist, Murata, themselves. He is also above The One Above All, who is Tier 0, so Saitama should get his own tier above Tier 0, Tier 0+. Saitama should also have gag force added to his power, and the ability to never lose, since ONE said so.

Also Arale and all gag characters should be Tier 1. Just because. And no Beerus didn't beat Arale he just knocked her head off. There's a difference. Even if Beerus beat Arale it would be an outlier.

Gag characters are not exempt from our standards.

Saitama has never lost in his own verse because he's just more powerful than anything else in it, but nothing in the verse has shown beyond Tier 6, one of which actually survived normal punches from him and required him to punch seriously to dissipate an attack; a clear message that he does in fact have a cap to his potential.

In short, Tier 0 is out of the question.
