This is actually pretty hard, ngl. I'm saying incon right now, but I'm starting to lean towards Wiz.

Well, Hinata has Precog. Wiz resists that. But she can make up for that with Info Analysis.
Wiz has power nullification. Hinata resists that. But she makes up for that by having an immunity to phyiscal attacks.
Both resist magic.
Wiz has death manipulation, but Hinata resists that.
Hinata has EE, but Wiz resists that.
Seems like everything they do just counters each other. But, Wiz has no stamina. It's limitless. If it carries on, Hinata will lose.

It's imbued with Spirit Particles, which are Holy Element.

Her sword? It negates regen, makes barriers useless due to space-time attacks, and has a special wavelength which allows it to manipulate the natural laws.

Holy magic is her weakness, but she resists it via Aqua's Purification.

Don't see any resistance to holy manipulation on her profile.
Does Wiz any have any counter to Usurper? Could end pretty badly for her if she doesn't.

Aqua's purification IS holy manipulation, just so strong it erases their existance.
Wiz has power nullification, which could prevent her from using Usurper.

Likely. She has no resistanc to Power Absorption. But we'll have to find a new match, likely, unless my Benimaru vs Berserker match gets attention.
