Immortal does not mean unbeatable. In Pearl's case she's immortal in that she cannot die via aging and she can regenerate her physical form(Type 1 and 3). However she can be killed if her gem is shattered.

Sakura is likely stronger, but I'm tempted to say Pearl due to her thousands of years of experience. She can be pretty resourceful in a crisis.

- Sakura's DC is Multi City Block Level+ where-as Pearl's DC is City Block Level+

- Sakura's durability is Multi City Block Level+ where-as Pearl's durability is City Block Level+

- Sakura can summons Katsuyu

- Sakura & Pearl have similar Regenerationn abbilities

Would Pearl's range make a difference? Pearl has long range attacks via her spear's energy blasts while Sakura has to approach to deal damage. Also are summons considered outside help?
