7-C versions.

Assuming Windu 's lightsaber can't destroy Jack 's katana (duh), and Windu isn't pure of heart (also duh).

Windu's Force sense is Solar System level for both rounds.

Round 1: Speed equalized, base abilities and powers, nothing that is considered 'likely'.

Round 2: Speed unequalized, everything that is considered 'likely' for both characters.

Samurai Jack
Jack is back!

Mace Windu
Windu using Vaapad

With speed equal, going with Windu for his superior hax, (aka: The Force) Speed unequal, Windu, for his speed and likely higher AP and durability.

Speed equal, Windu via hax.

Speed unequal, Jack speed blitzes so hard it isn't funny.

Canon Windu has no hax other than Pre-cog, and Subatomic isn't applicable in canon.

Windu generally uses his saber over his sword anyway.

I think Jack is the better swordsman as a whole, given Windu's fighting style is attack attack attack attack, which plays into Jack's more defensive "wait for an opening fighting style". Windu is also one of the most morally ambigious jedi in the EU (he's certainly not pure of heart), so the sword would cut him like anything else.

Jack comes across as a better matched fighter here, so going with him.
