Exactly. I made a match between Sans and Lloyd, and you believed that Lloyd would have won.
Now you make a match between Sans and a guy who is basically Lloyd with a crapton of other abilities.
Literally, the only thing Chen needs is to speed-amp and then blitz Sans to oblivion.
The only advatnage that Sans has is that Chen might be a glass cannon, since we don't know how strong he is phyisically, bu the staff rmoves that disadvantage with no problems.

Projectiles are the easiest thing he could possibly deal with because of The Element of Gravity, and Danmaku isn't that good against Energy Barriers.
The Element of the Mind completely shuts down Sans's unpredictability, and he could potentially give him a headache and then proceed to one-shot him.
Finally, Speed-Amps screw Sans very hard, since Chen will just have to breathe on Sans to kill him.
Also, that Range should be dozens of meters with regular powers.
