To do fair fights with Servants the other side need 4-D hax, humans don't have the invulnerability but still possess the resistances so they can be affected with haxs unless the hax is 4-D in potency, so the options for a match with Sans are limited with Nasuverse characters, there are however various characters with similar tier so a fight is still possible.

Nope, no character from Undertale can affect her.

Characters like Shirou (with higher tier things restricted), Luvia, Kuzuki, Bazzet, Kirei and such could be used against Undertale characters however since they share tiers and don't possess crazy haxs or invul.

Kiritsugu maybe with prep could actually be a good matchup for sans tbh
