Basically, 1233's page is going to be split up into 2 different keys. First is the Article Cano while the second is Extended Cano.

^The above calc puts AC 1233 to 8-C (low-end) to High 8-C (high-end). Low-end was accepted so we'll be using that.

This one puts his EC key to 6-B, he also has a feat where he kills a cubic mile of scattered rock monster with one of the shockwaves from him. This should be at least a consistent enough rating.
