Okay. basing on their profiles, 682 has resistance to almost any of Drago's abilities and can easily adapt to the new ones, but i don't now what 682 could do with Drago's constant stats amplification, power mimicry and hiw own reactive evolution.
So i do say that this is a fat stalemate.
