Seeing a Game as Fiction

So, let's say one character (in particular his servant) sees the entire game you play as fiction and a story, to the point where he says the current dungeon you enter is the biggest and largest in the entire game, and asks you to recall how many times your character said something.

What does that warrant?

And what does it warrant for beating said character's master?

Well that example doesn't seem to imply he's transcendent of it, so just 4th wall awareness. Deadpool sees marvel as a comic and is aware that's what it is, but hes still 9-A or whatever it is now.

Even if he calls the game just a story in his eyes?

Deadpool's said the same stuff. If he isn't demonstrating any kind of superiority, it doesn't really warrant much different.

Without clear indication of the character being superior to the game's setting, this would simply be 4th wall awareness, yeah.
