• Has all of Skirk's abilities and likely Tartaglia in addition and many more

Would Surtalogi adapt and defeat Seele, or would it be the otherwise? Arena takes place in the coldest region of Jarilo-VI which both should have Resistance given Surtalogi is able to withstand Absolute Zero temperature

Seele has Resistance to High-level Honkai Energy that makes her resist Surtalogi's abyssal energy lol and I'm pretty sure her NPI covers everything, about the NEP one, Imaginary Energy is able to interact that
