The Sentry is 1 kilofoe while Godzilla is 24 to 480 kilofoe so any damage sent to the Sentry will one-shot and Godzilla won't feel anything from him.

The Sentry may have Pre-Stellar LS, but his range is quite lacking compared to Godzilla's attacks, especially his atomic breath and omnidirectional nuclear pulses. I personally think this is a stomp, but that's just me.

Godzilla has at least a 24X Attack Potency advantage, more than enough to OneShot Sentry, but Sentry has Lifting Strength thousands of times stronger than Godzilla. Sentry's best Wincon here is his Telekinesis, However, even with that, he would not be able to take full advantage of it, since Godzilla has an even more consistent long-range attack than his, in this case, the Atomic Breath that Godzilla spams all the time. so even if Sentry traps Godzilla in telekinesis, I don't think he can do much else. Given the analysis, I believe this matchup has a much higher win percentage for Godzilla, almost 100%.
