Well, literally every top-tier character in the series is scaled off her, so this would be less of a Serafall upgrade and more of a series-wide Top tier upgrade.

However, since Serafall is an ice-specialist, I find it odd that rock busting would be used (even though it does makes sense based on the statement). I'd more expect her to freeze the land solid or sink it with her family's trademark water magic, but I suppose this is the best we've got given her lack of on-screen feats.

Still, my knowledge of the series is limited, so take whatever I say with a grain of salt.

6.9 Petatons for destroying Japan Once?

WHAT?

ChaosTheory123 calculated the Japan destruction for Japa (On a Yu Yu Hakusho calc), the calc is pretty simple he just used a nuke calculator.

I don't know why he used a sphere but, i think using a nuke calculator is better, i guess. (at least for a low-end)

Lets just disregard that and use nuke calculator values given, which are in the teratons range. That's fair I guess?

Yes, use the teratons value. For the other calculation, they grabbed the "radius" of a non-circular nation, applied it as a sphere (so they counted air space as well for a weird reason) and then turned that volume into rock...clearly this is wrong on several levels, even if the quote says "several times over destroyed"

I don't think it's a good idea to make a calc based on a very vauge statement that might be hyperbole , Serafall can possibly destroy Japan, but several times over by just "glittering" seems like exaggerating to me.

Doesn't it say that on her page though :

Possibly Small Country level (Is stated that she could destroy Japan several times over but the reliability of this statement is questionable)

Though I see your point though. I'm not an expert on DxD. Is there any feat as of now in the series that is around this level?

While I don't know a whole lot about DxD, Sona is about as straight-laced and reliable as it gets in regards to info dumping, being one of the more serious characters of the series.

I highly doubt she'd be exaggerating when the person she's talking about is her own sister.

Well, I've been looking through the profiles here and all of the stronger characters of DxD are all scaled to this statement, no calc or feat that puts them there whatsoever (ones that are accepted here anyway).

Note: Although Serafall was stated to be capable of easily destroying Japan several times over by glittering by a likely credible source in the form of Sona, this has yet to be substantiated even by stronger characters and as such, cannot be used to determine her rating.
