Look at Lain's profile here compared to ours

A little bit different Ha Ha Ha

I remember watching this series as a teenager and being confused what I just watched, it was too big brained for me.

Looking at that blog though, they seem to be underestimating it massively, the Wired imo is 1-A, and has several layers of 1-A above baseline, and then God is at the very least High 1-A, or more accurately tier 0.

May have to rewatch this series.

I think everyone has forgotten about this verse.

I've made a verse page for convenience.

God is 1A or 1B, since God is at the top of the hierarchy, not a different one
May have to rewatch this series.
Looks interesting, not something you find in every anime season. I think I might watch it.

SuperBearNeo uses a very different tiering system than we do, similar in some ways, but the top of his tiering system is radically different, so what is 1-A Omega to him can easily be High 1-A or even 0 in our system.

From my understanding, God is explicitly described in very clear Apophatic Theology terms, and Lain is explicitly revealed to be directly connected to God/Is God at the end of the series. Her lower tiers would basically have Tier 0/High 1-A+ Hax as she was always directly accessing that power and nothing really contradicted that from my knowledge, but I would have to rewatch the series to give a confirmation to a lack of contradictions. God is also a textbook Monad as we define it on the site.

Tier 0/high 1A+ shouldn’t be possible if God is part of a hierarchy, like at the top level it needs to be addressed. That aside it would also be nice to get a Tier 0 in the Japan/anime side.

line03 Border Line
3rd line. That which clearly distinguishes and defines something, the "boundary line".
3:Separating"line".
The "boundary line" that separates something, distinctly demarcating certain spaces. By dividing a territory, a line is drawn that puts a crease on unwelcome things to enter one's own world. That's the borderline.
Life and death, reality and unreality. Wired and the Real World. And now... things that cross the borderline appear one after the other around Lain. The various strange-looking entities appearing in the world of this work "lain" indicate the precarious nature of the borderline—just how much is illusion, and where does reality truly begin?
The borderline is no different from the "rules" established for harmonious living, who are are undoubtedly nothing more than conveniences. And Lain, too, begins to question the existing boundaries...
"The real world, it isn't real at all"
However, if one dares to look straight at that vague boderline, they must be prepared to be confronted by a reality that goes beyond their understanding.
That might be an untouchable area obstructed by a barbed "line".
"It’s finally here. “Lain, regarding your inquiry, I think your approach is correct. The concept of a Neural Network is quite old, but modeling neurons, it doesn’t matter how many super parallel processing systems you create; it’s just not possible.” Impossible… (laughs) “𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝘄𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘀. This might be one of the reasons why Lain will be tier 0.

Because Tier 0, or Being-itself, is not the highest being within a hierarchy, its transcendence must be different in kind/nature from all beings, not merely in degree , in other words, Tier 0 is categorically beyond and not a member of the hierarchy of any beings, not even at the top level.
As I said above, all the features are tier 0. All of these are in the game which I don't have, but I believe there must be someone in here.

Both feat Omnipotent

um so i want to continue this thread if its possible...the profile on vsbw is still lack of feats compare to other wiki.

So on episode 5, it's possible to get nigh omniscient or omniscient (need to watch the whole anime if there's some feats that support it). It's when Lain was talking to a doll and the reply was "There is nothing that you don't know...I can't tell you stories that doesn't exist"

its weird how arisu able to hurt lain in the last episode, reminding there's some "web" that scale lain to atleast tier 1
