I mean, Serpico is somewhat an equal to Black Swordsman Guts. The Guts that's worlds apart from the Guts Griffith has defeated.

Thrre isn't a calc, he scales to BoS Guts, (we can't scale him to Black Swordsman Guts even if he did harm him, it would be a large outlier)

I don't know, one thing I know is that he scales to whatever the highest 9-B feat in the series is.

I don't think the reasons you're voting for are valid for now. The Guts that Serpico fought and Guts Griffith fought are worlds apart. Guts after leaving Band of the Hawk literally one shotted Griffith and left him in shame (he tried to parry his big bonk sword with his baby ass knife, of course he lost), Serpico always fought with Black Swordsman Guts at territorial advantage but he still could hold his own.

I think Serpico has the skill advantage fra. Plus when he was younger he'd frequently throw duels, and even then was so in control of them that he'd purposefully allow himself to get hit so as to allow his opponents to blow off some steam, while also making sure to always end them in a draw so he wouldn't disgrace Farnese by proxy of being her servant/escort/bodyguard. Granted his opponents weren't on Griffith's level, but they weren't scrubs either, being affluent enough to get about the best training possible that isn't the borderline death marches that the likes of Guts, Griffith, and other battlefield GOATs like Boscogn put themselves through to get as good as they did.
