Well part of my doubt was it being stuff like dreams and nightmares, which normally are kind of abstract planes rather than physical ones, and so that combined with being 'outside' of the spacetime continuum made me think BDE Type 1.

If this is definitely establishing a literal structure of uncountably infinite 4D objects, then Low 1-C is probably fine.

If other members knowledgeable of the verse disagree with that I'd like to hear from them, though.

No, those spaces are physical and participants enter in them with physical bodies so the scaled thing is actual physical expansion that acts as in-betweener of space-times while having significant(consistently described as endless) size .As knowledgeable on verse, I explained my position here, it qualifies for 5D insofar as what standard gives a priori and wants as end result

I just noticed that from arguing for Reality's tier I didn't gave my stance. For the record I also agree with the OP.

And yes nightmares are different from literal dreams (both terms are used in the verse). They're just copies of events in the past. Bodies of people entering it disappears during nigthmare, also as far as we know Fate exists there so there's no decent reason to assume otherwise.
