I would like to point out this accepted 5d thread, the AP section is meant to just show that he indeed scales to it rather than being proof-in-itself for 5D.
Also this accepted UES thread as explanation why his other stats mirror AP

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Fate Manipulation (Weaver holds authority over Fate., Invulnerability (Beings at higher ranks cannot be harmed until there "will" is overpowered), Reality Warping & Causality Manipulation (Higher ranked beings can bend reality to their will and bring the effect of their powers before the cause.), Soul Manipulation (Higher ranked beings can directly hit souls with their attacks.), Conceptual Manipulation (Sunny can create memories by connecting certain concepts directly to them, the sorcery he uses is created by weaver. And higher ranked beings are the embodiment of concepts.), Aura (Weaver's reflection was dangerous for lower ranked beings.), Large Size (Weaver's reflection was a hundred of meters tall.), Non-Physical Interaction (Higher ranked beings can interact with incorporeal things.), Spatial Manipulation & Time Manipulation (Weaver's brother ariel can create a river of time which have several time related phenomena like time storms. Moth a cursed tyrant can stop time with its "will" and weaver have way more potent "will" then moth. And some other higher ranked beings like cursed demon wolf can bend space with just their presence.), Existence Erasure (He can erase the existence of something from tapestry of fate.), Resistance to Precognition & Retrocognition & Information Analysis(They have resistance to precognition because of weaver's mask a divine rank memory which hides their identity from others.), Resistance to Soul Manipulation & Mind Manipulation (Higher Rank beings can use their will as an armor to resist these attacks.), Resistance to Radiation Manipulation (Saints can survive nuclear explosions unscathed. Which means they have resistance to radiation from those explosions. Weaver is on higher rank than saints and scales way higher than them.), Resistance to Time Manipulation (Weaver have more potent "will" then sunny who can resist the time stop from moth.), Resistance to BFR (The waking world tries to reject the existence of higher ranked beings and throw him back to dream realm, but they can resist it.), Resistance to Void Manipulation (Sunny and many higher ranked beings can resist the mist in hollow mountains which tries to transform them into nothingnes

Attack Potency: High Universal Level (Weaver scales above Abundance who embodies the concept of infinity and can grow infinitely in size and Dark Sea which is a Great Titan can destroy every star in an entire realm.) | Low Complex Multiverse level (Weaver created The Spell from the Strings of Fate which contains the information of entire universe as well of past, present and future and exists above reality into a higher plane of existence.)
Speed: Massively FTL+ (Scales above Dark Sea which was able to expand in the skies to destroy all stars in Forgotten Shore.) | Infinite (Scales way above Cursed Demon Wolf which can move fast enough to make the concept of time meaningless. Should be comparable to Gods who can fight with void beings who are infinite in size because of their endless nature.)

Intelligence: Supergenius to Nigh-Omniscient (They can look at the tapestry of fate, even the infinitesimal part of tapestry contains enough information to derive anyone mad. Tapestry of fate contains the knowledge of everything and everyone and by Weaver's mask have an enchantment [Where is my eye] which gives the wearer all of that knowledge at once and enforces its understanding on them. This mask was created by weaver so was that enchantment. So, that should mean that weaver's eyes can see the tapestry of fate, and they can understand the knowledge in the tapestry of fate.)
