Shego - Rage Power

Shego is frequently shown to have a higher rating with Rage Power.

While enraged, she is able to send the likes of Warmonga flying, who is normally superior to her physically as well as Battle Suit Kim, breaking her shield in two hits which her blasts are normally not able to penetrate.

While in cuffs that she could not get out of before, once Drakken made her angry, she was able to destroy them easily.

Quick question, what about this clip implies she was incapable of escaping them? She's just goofing around and even says a bit later "I'm only sticking around to see the cheerleader kick your great blue-", so if there's a better clip to indicate signs of struggle that'd be better

Drakken specifically made those restraints for her and we see her just awkwardly stuck in the same position while not being able to do much about her situation, hence her goading Warmonga into doing what she usually does. It’s ic for Shego to sass like that and say anything to piss Drakken off, especially after putting her in cuffs. She knows how much he hates being beaten by Kim. If she could’ve gotten out of those restraints right away, she would’ve at a moment’s notice. She’s the type of person who would immediately take any form of comfort over discomfort if it was available to her. Plus, Drakken uses traps that are able to restrain Kim, Shego’s physical equal, in nearly every episode. Wouldn’t be a stretch to say that he made one that could trap Shego, especially while knowing her like the back of his hand, even if he’s incompetent sometimes.

I'm aware of Shego's character, I'm just saying it'd be a better example to show mention of those restraints being made to counter her/her struggling against them rather than her casually chilling in em

She’s dangling her arms around in ‘em while groaning like a kid in timeout because she can’t do as much as she would’ve otherwise and has to just watch as Warmonga screws up her job. I don’t think that’s chilling at all.

That doesn't necessarily imply any form of struggle or intent of escape, she's literally dogging on Drakken and trying to convince Warmonga to join in. Which again she mentions that she's specifically choosing to stay there, I'm just saying that there's not much in that clip specifically that indicates that she can't but instead chooses not to.

Not disagreeing with Rage Power mind ya, Shego being angry is a part of her character, I just fail to see the connection with those clips specifically since she doesn't make any active attempts to free herself.
