Her sword does give her a good range advantage, but she can't really handle him if he goes 8-C with that Black Origin Treshold.

Well, then she should have a solid advantage with the sword, that I assume could one-shot him? Depends on how deep into wall level he is, but the thing has some serious cutting power.

From his techniques list, his only long ranged move seems to be that sonic scream, that does look very dangerous

He also has the Chaotic Heavens Destruction Strike which gathers three different types of Ki and concentrates in one area then unleashing it. Its has around 10m range. This is also the strongest attack technique he has.

Well, then I guess this would depend on:

How agile he is to dodge her blows while speed is equalized. Since she doesn't have to worry about being slower while swinging such a big weapon, she's more likely to hit than normal.

And how long it takes for him to use his long ranged abilities, and how much damage they can do to her.

The Chaotic Heavens Destruction Strike should take around the time it would take to make 3 large backsteps. Idk 3-5secons. Phoenix Cry is 1 sec or so as its only need for him to "roar".

He's very agile considering he fought multiple times several peoples who were attacking him and has fought with a guy that makes an energy blade and other that had weapon meaning it's not really troublesome for him to fight with a weapon specialist.

Shin-Woon Yi greatest attribute should be Abyssal Insight: A technique of the Outer Body Training Method. It allows Shi-Woon to memorize any technique that he has seen even once, regardless of the martial arts style, and make it his own. Due to Shi-Woon's high observation skills, he can master new techniques much faster.
