There was a cooking competition between Sanji Vs Spongbeob if that works. This should work here since Shirou literally has an entire spinoff dedicated about him cooking and Reinhard has over 10 divine protections on his profile listed about cooking.
 
What can Shirou do to beat Reinhard and his 13 blessings of boiling, frying, cooking, slicing, item mastery, sodium knowledge, steaming, perfect dishery, perfect taste, perfect plating, training, ball balancing, and sword saint?
 
The Divine Protections I'd call relevant:
  • Divine Protection of Salt Reasoning: He never mistakes salt with sugar.
  • Divine Protection of Fried Food: He excels in making fried food.
  • Divine Protection of Steamed Food: He has supreme skill in making steamed food.
  • Divine Protection of Roasted Food: He has supreme skill in making roasted food.
  • Divine Protection of Boiled Food: He has supreme skill in making boiled food.
  • Divine Protection of Baked Food: He has supreme skill in making baked food.
  • Divine Protection of Fresh Sashimi: He has supreme skill in making fresh sashimi.
  • Divine Protection of Flavor King: He has the ability to make delicious food regardless of the cooking process.
  • Divine Protection of Plating: He excels at serving foods.

We would need to atleast wait for a single Shirou defender on this site or my friend to set me a list of Shirou cooking feats because I have zero idea who the hell would have cooking feats memorized on the top of their heads lol.

Only thing I can remember on the top of my head is that he unironically has an official cook book vetted by real life chefs https://denpa.pub/manga/todays-menu-for-the-emiya-family-volume-1
 
Yeah this one feels like another step towards fun and games compared to racing but ill follow. Any more spefeics to what they are cooking? What ingredients they have? What needs to be in the dish if anything spefeic? Like what are the rules of the competion.

Then I am voting for Reinhard, not only is he blessed by the literal God to be perfect at cooking but he also has his godly intuition which for some reasons works best when it's mundane stuff like this

Shirou has an entire spin off dedicated just to cook for heroic spirits that he is supposed to be in a battle to the death with solely because of how noteworthy his passion and skill in cooking is.

He has his own official cookbook that is vetted by actual chefs

His cooking skills is on par with his future self Archer. Archer is one of the greatest chefs in Chaldea and runs Chaldea's mess hall with a few other servants and is able to feed and satisfy a wide array of different tastes from multiple cultures and mythologies including the thematic or special food during seasonal periods. He is also able to satisfy a wide array of individuals who expect perfection, including but not limited to, royalty and divinity. Servants don’t technically need to eat but they choose to.

Shirou isn’t limited to recipes from his region (japan) because he lives in a time where globalization was happening and he works with chefs from several different cultures.

Shirou was able to impress nasu in verse with his cooking so much so that he was made head chef and given "Unlimited Cooking Works", allowing him to replicate any dish he's able to make at the cost of his stamina. Archer was also given this ability to keep up with the demand from customers in the chibi chuki verse which consists of inhabitants like paul bunyan and kingprotea, who are giants, and gluttons, saber.

I vaguely remember that Rin is better than him in cooking Chinese food, Sakura is better than him in cooking Western food, but Shirou is better than them in cooking Japanese food, so he would probably try to cook a Japanese dish in this "fight", so, uh... does Walmart have Japanese ingredients? Not an American, so idk shit about Walmart.

Don’t think too hard about the Walmart thingy. Just imagine a store they can get their ingredients from.
 
Anyways, would Shirou's cooking skills be on-par with Archer's though? Anything in the canon supports it?
 
Eh. Archer is Shirou's future self who is God knows how long. Shirou is Archer's cringy teenaged self (jk). Archer had years of misadventures to hone his cooking skills to perfection while Shirou himself is inferior to peps like Rin and Sakura in certain ways of cooking. Plus even if their fight had also imparted Archer's skills in cooking as well as his skill in using his RM, it still wouldn't be as "good" as Archer's unless he decides to go fight another battle to the death with him.
