This + ranged attacks change direction when aimed at him + he has like a couple diff ways to knock Goku out as well

Which he doesn't use in character, Also Reinhard can pull off his wincons faster since it takes time for Goku to charge up his transformations

Reinhard also gains an indefinite amount of speed boost against stronger/faster opponents so he would likely catch up anyways
And Goku is unlikely to get his only wincon (Hakai) anytime soon anyways since he is a punching merchant first
