Gonna go with Goku, here; he's much more versatile--and while Shrek might have subsonic reactions, Goku is actually faster than him, which gives him an edge. Whether there's an AP advantage on either side, however, is a mystery to me.

Oh yeah, as for Shrek's AP, he's 1602239.76 J for destroying a ship with a champagne bottle. But he's 2408563.90 J if you take his height from the Shrek 2 game into consideration (8 feet tall)

I'm...not quite sure how being 8 feet tall increases his already-established AP, but sure. I can't find any of the calcs for Pilaf-saga Goku, yet, but I'll keep looking.
