I'm leaning towards Silver due to AP (by how much is still beind discussed), shielding himself from attacks, and his psychokinesis.

There's not much stopping Silver from simply holding onto Protoman in his PK and wailing on him, or Silver reflecting all his attacks back at him with that giant damn shield that's like three times his size lol. I'm not too knowledgeable on Protoman, so I'll wait.
