I just realized that STTGL has an omnipresential attack listed on this wiki.
What about the upper limit for Incomplete Arceus AP and Durability?
Because I think that Simon can still grow his drill bigger enough to pierce Incomplete Arceus. (Simon's drill has the size of 100+ observable universe)

Arceus easily, it faster and has better reality and time space manipulation.

Arceus, immensely faster now. And has casual universal abilities, and higher-level reality warping.
