I am like 90% sure Soul Eater is pretty outdated, also Brook can just hax Death's casual, outskilled, and resistanceless ass.

The only thing Death resists from Brook is mind manipulation and his only wincon seeing as Brook outskills him very badly is EXTREMELY OUT OF CHARACTER.
