First off, I think that this image is better than the current Charmix Bloom one.

Now, about the important stuff

• Animal Manipulation: Created a giant sea dragon-like monster

• Darkness Manipulation (Outside of Dark Bloom): It's stated that, as a potential user of witchcraft, Bloom is able to subdue light in order to use darkness as an energy source

• Earth Manipulation: Here

• Enhanced Senses: Detected Princess Galatea low-frequency sound wave

• Intimidatio: Scared off a giant dragon with a roar

• Hacking (?): Knows an spell capable of opening padlocks

• Homing Attack: Here

• Light Manipulation: Kinda the same as Darkness Manipulation

• Non-Physical Interaction: Blowed up "Demonic Ectoplasm"

• Plant Manipulation: Here, can also communicate with grass

• Psychometry: Through Tracix

• Resistance to Power Absorption: Despite making an extensive research about it and having the ideal resources to do so, the Trix couldn't truly remove the Dragon Flame from Bloom. Also, a monster capable of absorbing the power of all of the inhabitants of Alfea wasn't able to do the same to Bloom

• Resistance to Mind Manipulation and Corruption: Healed herself from the influence of the Shadow Phoenix over her, turning herself back to normal after being forcibly turned into Dark Bloom

• Resistance to Sleep Manipulation: Unaffected by Diana's somnific polle

• Sleep Manipulation: Here

• Telepathy: Created a mental link with the White Snake of the Omega dimension

• Text Manipulation: Here

• Thread Manipulation: Here

• Underwater Breathing: Here

• Likely Weather Manipulation: Contributed to stop a storm capable of causing a new Ice Age on the Magic dimension

Also Class M Lifting Strength for her first fairy form, which is vastly inferior to her Sirenix form.

No idea, never found source about it. I'd have never found a source about it, overall they just seemed for the most of time slide stories about Bloom and come with little changes about the plot, for what I remember.

I'm not sure if the comics are canon, so I will have to ignore the abilities with comic scans for now. (These are Animal Manipulation, Earth Manipulation, Homing Attack, Non Physical Interaction, Text Manipulation, Thread Manipulation, Underwater Breathing, and Weather Manipulation)

As for the rest:

Darkness Manipulation: Agreed

Enhanced Senses: Agreed

Intimidation: Agreed, but I can see a very slight argument, but it is not enough to immediately sway me.

Hacking: That is not considered hacking I don't think, so not agreed

Light Manipulation: I don't think darkness manipulation automatically gives you light manipulation, so not agreed

Plant Manipulation: Don't link a Nickelodeon special, they're very shortened versions that butcher a lot of details, although I'm fairly sure this exists in the original, so agreed.

Psychometry: Agreed

Resistance to Power Absorption: Agreed

Resistance to Mind Manipulation and Corruption: Kind of agree on the basis that you need to have some form of resistance to do what she did.

Resistance to Sleep: No. Diana's sleep was intended to cause only ordinary humans to sleep, leaving fairies and whatnot awake. Not Agreed.

Sleep Manipulation: Agreed.

Telepathy: Agreed. Especially since there are more times it is shown. But one scan should be enough.

But now I'm gonna talk about water breathing, even though the scan is from the comics. The reason is, across basically all of season 5, there were no problems with underwater breathing (even with Believix), and the only episode where this was shown to be a problem is back in season 3 (I can't remember the exact episode). So this one may be up to debate, but I would say yes to it.

Oh, and yes to the Class M lifting strength.

You're right here, but I'm talking about the justification. Being able to subduing Light should mean that Bloom has certain degree of control over it. Stella turning her attempt of Witchcraft into a ball of light should also support this.

I recall it being fairly inconsistent. During the first season the Winx needed to use the air bubble method to go underwater yet the powerless Bloom could casually walk around underwater (although you may say that was Daphne's doing).

In season 3 I only recall it being a problem when they where on their Magical Charmix, particularly on the episode were Aisha/Layla got her Enchantix and Flora just right before getting her Enchantix after sacrificing herself for her sister. Don't recall any other particular instances.

Anyways, her only keys are linked to her Sirenix form, so it shouldn't matter that much.

Although there is definitely one thing I do want to mention in terms of adding stuff to her profile, And that would be Longevity (or possibly type 1 Immortality). The reason for this is that the Earth fairies in season 4, despite being locked away for centuries by the wizards of the black circle, still are alive and even retain youthful looks. There is also the matter of the first fairy to exist (or something like that) who was shown in season 3 still being alive and well. And a small bit of evidence for the type 1 immortality side of things is in season 4 episode 1 where Faragonda says "A fairy's life is an endless journey". Whether or not we can take that literally is something I don't know, so whether it be immortality or longevity, one of them should be added.

I agree on the under-water breathing part. The only forms where its consistent enough to let the Winx breathe under-water are Beleivix, Harmonix, Sirenix and beyond.

And debatably Enchantix.

I should also add that it may or it may not be worth to point in her justification for Willpower Manipulation that her Sophix ability is "to strengthen each creature's soul, to never give up and to be reborn". Also, she can significantly decrease the speed of her enemies by increasing the air friction around them, which is Statistics Reduction

However, this is what we have so far:

Btw, after getting clarification from a friend who reads them, I think we can consider the Winx Comics to be canon. They follow the same storyline as the show and expand more on context and in-between moments. So I dont see a reason for us to not consider it.

Between the show and the comics. Doesn't the comics include relationships between Bloom and some other people other than Sky that would cause inconsistencies between the show and the comics?

I dont believe so. The only member of the Winx to my knowledge who has had multiple relationships with people is Aisha (First Nabu, then he died, then Roy came in and then another member of the Specialists in Season 7).

Everyone else stays consistent though.
