Small change for Bulma & Burtonverse Joker

This CRT is being made for a point that came up on the Bulma vs The Joker (Burtonverse) thread, here.

Simply, their range should be changed to Hundreds of Meters with equipment.

Joker - Range: Standard melee range, extended with his boxing glove, hundreds of meters with his guns.

Bulma - Range: Standard melee range, Tens of meters to hundreds of meters with weapons. (Can vary depending on what shes uses from a capsule)

I think Bulma's upgrade is okay, rather simple. Don't know much about Joker; but it does seem simple enough as well.
