This calc uses this justification to use 0,029 s as reaction speed:
"I am going to be using 0.029s since Ichika is a white roomer, meaning she was trained from birth and she should at least be subsonic by blitzing martial artists and seen as a "blurr"."
1)Being a white roomer shouldn't automatically give a subsonic reaction speed, at best it should be low-high end peak human (also because "she was trained from birth" so?)
2)Blitzing martial artists shouldn't give automatically subsonic speed, but even if it would be an hiding calculation and is not accepted by the calc stacking page
3)A blurr can be created by an human speed so I don't see why it should somehow guarantee subsonic speed
So I believe, at least from what's in the calc, a subsonic reaction is not justified and the calc should be recalculated with better reasons for that reaction or it should be downgraded if there are no valid reasons to use subsonic reaction
