Small Uryu Addition

Should be a very simple and uncontroversial thread.

Uryu should gain Limited Power Nullification through the Still Silver Arrow as it momentarily deactivates the abilities of those who activated the Auswhalen, which makes the silver for the Still Silver Arrow. It's considered limited because it only momentarily deactivates one's abilities and it can only work on those who created the Silver through Auswahlen, which in our case was Yhwach.

I guess this is fine, though it is an extremely specific ability, only working on one other character which is funny.

Yeah it's more so just a categorization thing rather than a utility thing, it's completely useless in any fight that doesn't have Yhwach in it.
