Most of this comes from his page on the Fallout Wiki, just so you know I'm not making this up. Keep in mind that most of these stats would directly affect gameplay and are not only game mechanics.
- His Blade of the East has a Strength requirement of 9, putting it above any other melee weapon in the game, inflicts a poison effect, and his is special in that it is a lot easier to knock opponents down with it.
- Lanius also cannot be disarmed.
- Lanius is Immune to Poison and Radiation Manipulation and is Resistant to Fire Manipulation.
- He can see invisible opponents such as ones using a Stealth Boy.
- Resistance to Stealth Mastery, as he can see sneaking opponents even if their Sneak level is (effectively) over 200
- Regenerationn via Leg. Healing Powder and Fleeing
- Lanius is faster than the Courier and can outrun him even with both legs crippled
- Lanius is the hardest person to knock unconcious in the game due to having the most Fatigue Points in the entire game
