1. Is the space occupied by 4 spatial dimension structure same as 3 spatial + 1 temporal D?
2. Is the space containing 2 4D structure separated by an uncountable infinity of distance 5D
3. Are all space time considered to be the same size?

No, temporal dimensions are different of spatial ones

The space between 2 4Ds structures is already 5D by default

3. Are all space time considered to be the same size?

Depends on what do you mean by "space-time", if you mean a timeline then yes, all timelines are assumed to have the same size
